If Micropix is still doing business (previously in New York, I believe), they apparently don't have any web presence, so I guess that's a cold trail in any event.
Another company to investigate:
Giclee By The Bay (Morro Bay, that is, in California). They have some spelling difficulties (they offer a "Gaurantee", for example), which may or may not reflect the level of attention to detail.
