That is great. I hope it sells well. You might also try marketing it online. As for the CD, I have some experience in making Demo CDs. I worked for a software company for 6 years making multi-media, Mac/PC hybrid CDs. If you would like any help just contact me. I would be happy to offer any help.
I don't do that type of work for income anymore, so I would not charge anything for advice. And if you needed more then that I am sure we could agree on a deal that would work out for you and I both.
